Quick Booking Guide

Most teams should book and pay online if possible. Here’s the quickest way to choose the right option:

• Organising a full team (up to 6 players)?
  👉 Book a table for 6 in one go. - This is our preference (i.e. you organise your team, you pay in one go and supply us the food orders and participant info)
  
  

• Fewer than 6 players?
  👉 Buy individual quiz tickets and increase the quantity to match your team size.
  
  

• A team of 6 but paying separately (e.g. 3 couples)?
  👉 Each couple buys 2 individual tickets.
  👉 When filling in the form from the email, youll be asked to supply the name of another player so we can link up your bookings to one table
  
  

• More than 6 players?
  👉 Please check with the quiz organisers first, then we will advice you how to book!
  
  

• Paying at the bar or not using the online store?
  👉 Use Option 2 on the quiz page to fill in the form manually.
  
  

• Is my online payment secure?
  👉 Yes! we use our online shop where we have teamed up with Sumup

After you pay online:
You’ll receive an automatic email with a form link — fill it in with player names and food orders and you’re all set.

How do I book a quiz?

Booking online is the easiest option. Just head to our quiz page and book via the online store.

You can still pay at the bar or by other methods if needed, but we’d really prefer most teams to use the online system where possible.

I’m organising a team — what’s the best way to book?

If you’re organising the team, we’d prefer that you book and pay for the table in one go.

Use the “Book a Table” option in the store — this helps keep teams together and makes admin much easier.

That said, we know this isn’t always practical, and there are other options if people need to pay separately.

What if my team has fewer than 6 players?

No problem.

Book the individual quiz ticket in the store and increase the quantity to match how many people are in your team.

What if my team has more than 6 players?

Please check with the quiz organisers first to make sure a larger team is OK.

If it is:

• Book a full table for 6 people

• Then make a separate booking for the extra player(s)

Separate bookings help our automated forms and emails work properly.

Can people in the same team pay separately?

Yes — that’s absolutely fine.

Example: We’re a team of 6 made up of 3 couples — how should we book?

This is a very common scenario and works perfectly.

Each couple can:

• Book 2 individual quiz tickets

• Pay separately if needed

When each couple receives their automatic email, they should fill in the form and include the names of the other players they’ll be quizzing with.

As long as the names match, we can easily link the bookings together and seat you as one team of 6.

What happens after I pay online?

After paying online:

1. You’ll receive an automatic email with a link to a form

2. Fill in the form with player names and food orders (if applicable)

3. You’re all set

If anything changes after submitting the form, just contact us.

I paid, but I didn’t get a form or email — what should I do?

No problem — just get in touch with us using the contact details on our website and we’ll sort it out. You will find we will figure this out soon enough anyway!

What if I pay at the bar or not through the online store?

That’s no problem at all.

If you pay by cash or another method:

• Please use Option 2 on the quiz page of our website

• This allows you to manually fill in the form so we still get your team details
  
  

I’m not sure what option applies to me — what should I do?

That’s completely fine — this system is new, and it may take a little time for everyone to get used to it.
